Dr. Mechev has 26 years of experience and leads La Mesa Dental Center at 8334 University Ave, La Mesa, CA 91942. He trained in Dubai (UAE), London (UK), Padua (Italy) and Budapest (Hungary).
He is one of the only dentists in San Diego and California who trained twice in Italy under Dr. Luca De Stavola. There he learned the Safecut method, a computer-guided way to take bone from one part of the jaw and use it to rebuild another area before placing a dental implant. He is also an established member of the San Diego dental community and belongs to many prestigious dental organizations.
